PETITION OF COMPLAINT

We the resident of the Central YMCA resident facility would like the following repaired of fixed. After months of verbal complaints only to have our complaints thrown away or reversed onto the residents as their faults, we the signed below feel as though our rights are in violation, the building is unsanitary and a personal health risk.
The following Complaints are in immediate need of attention:

1. Bedbugs / on all floors
2. Cockroaches / on all floors
3. Human feces in bathrooms / on all floors
4. Unclean and not working plumbing
5. No heat in bathrooms
6. Cockroaches in common microwaves
7. Dirty laundry facility
8. Mold in the bathroom showers
9. Dirty and moldy handicapped shower chairs
10. Trash and other debris in bathroom stalls
11. Exterminator not preforming as expected/not spraying halls or common areas or utility rooms
