There are many families out there with either no transportation or single parents with no other able body to help get your child to school, which is why public school bus transportation came into play. However, now a day we are faced with the "Oh we have you assigned to an express bus or we don't have a bus in your area, (but your child is accepted to the school and yet they can't create a neighborhood bus stop for all the students going to the school). Together with all your signatures we can actually make a change and put less stress on the parents and children and make it an easier process. I have been contacting WCPSS Transportation since June 2016 along with several other parents speaking on the inconvenience of this so called "express stop" when there are so many students in our area attending the same school. Please help us shed some light on the issue. I'm writing letters to everyone till someone can help. My daughter wants to pursue her education without any disruptions. Even my daughter feels the school system should help families in this situation especially since we are all pro education.
