Demand an end to the 3-tiered program and to remove Scott Coe as general manager

Why do we have to be responsible for paying corporates paychecks through our high electric bills? I and so many others feel as though we are getting ripped off and paying for big corporate paychecks. We want the tiered program stopped and our bills reconciled! We also want Scott Coe removed as general manager.
