Judge Thane is well known to support fathers who commit Domestic Violence Crimes against their wife and children. My son and I fell victim to Judge Thane's busiest decision making when it comes to the safety of my child and myself. Arrest records, photos, testimony from other victims was not enough evidence to allow my child and my self to move away from our abuser. In fact all judgements favored the man who committed the crime. My son and I are being forced to live close to our abuser and 3 hours away from our family. Judge Thane is alienating my son and myself from his two older siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and Grand parents. Judge Thane did not follow the divorce decree and forced my children return property that they received as a gift many years ago that would not have been in the divorce decree as one of my children is age 22 and does did not live in the Marital home during the divorce. Domestic Violence is up by 40% since March. This is way to high for such a small town. This will not get any better until we get Judge Thane out of the court room and get a 0 tolerance judge
