Justice for Daniel Moseley

On August 12, 1991, Danny Moseley, an innocent man was murdered in cold blood by two selfish, evil, manipulative individuals who were complete strangers. The individuals were apprehended immediately and the trigger puller was convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole. Our family assumed there was no way he could ever be granted parole after committing such a heinous, cold blooded, pre-meditated act. On May 15, 2019, the unthinkable happened and that man was granted parole. He is to be released from prison. As a family, we feel this is a great injustice. Not only has he never shown true remorse for his actions, but we also strongly believe he is a danger to society. We have 60 days to appeal the parole boards decision and need as many signatures as we can get to show the governor that we are not the only ones who believe that the release of this murderer is a reckless and reprehensible decision.
