"Demand an End to filthy environment for people"

We have homeless living in a lot of cities, they are kicked from place to place. These people are dirty, hungry, embarrassed, confused. They don't want to be there either. Instead of that happening why not take it to another level. I think the city could have land for them to pitch tents if they want, put in bathrooms with showers and water hydrants throughout park. So they will feel human again. They will have a pick up spot for worker, and take them to work and back. The city can come up with jobs for them. Cleaning parks, roadways, lots whatever they can come up with. There is a lot more work to it then what I've listed, but these poor people need to be treated better. And this is only thing I can think of.
