To take ownership of the house that my aunt Lillian Broadwater-Brown had willed out to me.

I have lived and have been power of attorney over my Aunt Lillian Brown for 6years prior to her passing. Before she passed she wrote out a living will leaving me her entire estate which included her house at 1930 N. Marshall Street, Phila., PA 19122.We had it notorized by an realator and signed by family members including herself. I don"t know what happen to the original copy after her passing, I gave the nursing home original and I beleive that they sent my copy back instead of original. I have gotten notorized letters from family members stating that they have no interest in the property. I have been paying taxies on house since and before her passing. I just want to hurry and take ownership so I can fix up property so it won't go down and vandals won't vandalize it.
