WE PETITION THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION TO:

demand technology safety for marine life, impose a 4 year moratorium on seismic sonic cannon surveys along US coasts.

Is it common sense to blind side entire populations of marine life with blasts many times louder than jet engines every ten seconds for weeks on end, perhaps to see the price of gas go down cents on the dollar at the pumps?

Does it take an advanced degree in marine biology to recognize the damage that can be done?

Should it take years of devastatingly noisy tests to achieve enough sense of compassion and decency to stop deafening highly intelligent and socially complex marine life to death?

No, it isn't. No, it doesn't. No, it shouldn't.

We can't survive alone. It is time that we stop acting like the world would be a better place with less diversity of life, more speed and greater conveniences for us.

On behalf of marine life, we turn up the volume on our protest, until you hear us.
