Demand Justice and Recovery for the Pike River 29

On 19 November 2010, the Pike River Coal Mine in New Zealand exploded killing 29 dearly loved men. Two surviviors managed to walk out that day back to their loved ones.

To date, September 2014, nearly four years on, the remains of the Pike 29 have not been recovered. The families have had no justice and no one has been held to account.

At the very least, the families deserve their loved ones home to bury in a place of their choice, to give them the closure they need and a chance for the families to start their healing.

I ask that everyone gets behind the Pike River families in their plight to bring their loved ones home by signing this petition. The Government must honour its promise to the families.
