Uk save thousands by saying Bon Voyage to fund Eurovision

UK spends thousands of pounds on staging the Eurovision Song Contest and to automatically go through to the grand final and for what for? I am a fan of the show but I am fed up with seeing talented people that can sing in front of millions and represent our country abroad to come last or not be taken seriously. We are the first country to give aid without question to those that need it and we raise money for children abroad with Children in need and we have become the home to so many people seeking safety and a better home for their families, most of these people are from Europe. What do we get from a night of Eurovision, last year stage invasion and poor score this year LAST. The contest costs an average of £40-60 million to host the BBC'S total cost is still unknown. So I suggest we say enough is enough and if our song and performer is not good enough anymore then fund it yourself. Pull out of being one if the "Big Five" enter in semi finale like rest of Europe and Australia so we are not put through the shame and embarrassment of coming last due to politics, position in Europe and who likes who. Most representives may not feel this way about their experience in Eurovision but how ever you look at it Europe doesn't vote for UK so should we not listen and say Bon Voyage to Europe once more.
