Ending the City of Kinston's Utility Control

A native to the township of Kinston, NC (Lenoir Cou nty) for 30 years plus; I'm more than outraged about the Utility Bills for my area. With the economy/unemployment statics there is no help for the drowning man to keep there head above water. Utility bills are equal to or more than mortage and rent payments. For my town/community utilities rate 200-400$ a single 2/3 occupancy family home, and anywhere from 400-600$ in a 3/5 occupancy home. For all my years the complaint of this town has been the the utility bills. Voices go and have gone unheard at city council meetings. My man interest for the matter, well I can't afford 600$ a month in utility bills. Majority of the community can't afford 400-600$ in utility bills. And if they tell you they can; their either financially established, or lying. Even with me paying my bills; I too have a stable a substantial income, utilities are still unaffordable. I was taught Faith w/out Work is undone. So to at least help myself as a homeowner, I researched Solar Panels. Its a perfect resolve for my utility dilemma. Problem is City of Kinston is not registered on the National Registry for Solar Panels. Simple solution for all residents, homeowners that pay a utility bill, city and county taxes w/a complaint; Solar Panels. Lets make this an option, but we need the City of Kinston to contract with a Solar Panel entity. Something that they are not trying to do.
