Bring Twilight Garrison Exotic Chest piece back in Destiny 2

Bungie took away a piece of my life from me when they created Destiny 2 and decided that it was a great idea to take away all of our exotics from Destiny 1 that we acquired through time. I am concerned that the state of the game puts titans at an unfair advantage against other classes because we lack the ability to dodge. I want the twilight garrison to be brought back into the game in then"ShadowKeep" DLC coming out Oct 1. 19.
