NO MORE prerecorded music for the halftime show! We want LIVE music for the 2013 Super Bowl. This year's Super Bowl will be held in New Orleans and I can't think of a better headliner than Louisiana's own blues legend, Buddy Guy!
Any additional guest musicians should reflect the sounds of The Big Easy's cajun-blues, such as Dr. John, The Neville Brothers, Bonnie Raitt, C.J. Chenier, Buckwheat Zydeco, Queen Ida, The Funky Meters, Keith Frank, Nathan & The Zydeco Cha Chas and his son Lil Nathan & The Zydeco Big Timers.
We as football fans request that you have LIVE music for the 2013 Super Bowl. The upcoming Super Bowl will be held in New Orleans and the Halftime Show should reflect the music and culture of the venue. No one is better to represent this segment of Americana than Louisiana's own blues legend, BUDDY GUY. His talent is unmatched and would make for one of the best halftime shows ever! He recently played for the president at the "Red White & Blues" concert held at The White House and his music has been used in several movie soundtracks.
