To serve justice to victims of immigration fraud.

Home office must take action, and the government to organise a fair fraud reporting system. No more action fraud or other online complaints websites. All victims case to be reported to investigation police , a reference number alongside with a candidate number provided to each victim, this should enable the common man to check the progress of their report online. Complaints only taken online if the victim could not visit the police station due to either health or due to inconvenience reasons. Fraud committed by non EU nationals should result in immediate deportation, this will reduce fraud marriages and bogus students in the U.K. Student visas too should not be valid if students don't attend lessons, twenty unauthorised attendances should cancel student visas, these too to be authorised if hospitalised or have serious illness that could affect your attendance. The home office could track student attendance through student cards, which should be swiped during registration. If student don't attend the rest of the classes the Insititute must cancel the student and their visa . These cards must not be swiped by student,  but by tutor after they checking the student's presence.

After being a victim of immigration fraud, I came across Action Fraud Police and Crime Stoppers. Two months gone, but to no avail. Police station does not take fraud cases, and you rely on Action Fraud to refer your case on, my question is what if they don't? The person who married me for visa purposes had done other frauds too. Direct contact with the police and a specific investigation police office is required. The home office too did not investigate my case and I have done all of what I possibly could, from filing the allegation form, their I received a random reply, have called the home office and came across an operator, once selecting one of the options my line was disconnected. I have emailed the complaint handing team, written letters, and even visited the home office in person to investigate and take action against my husband but to no avail.
