Regulate inappropriate bus advertisements

Where should we drawn the line in exposing our children to horrific images of R rated movies being advertised on buses? After pulling up beside the disgusting and scary image of a clown advertising the movie poltergeist, I was horrified to think that young children and even adults would be exposed to such images against their will.
Regulations need to be put in place for a more responsible approach to advertising content of this description.
