Time for a NEW GLYFL Board

The GLYFL Board is made up of 4 members. These four members come from only 4 of our football programs. Our other programs have no voice in the GLYFL. Many years there have been complaints that the GLYFL board is favoring their own programs, and following their own wants. This year we have proof that they punished a team for not following the GLYFL rules, proof also however that the GLYFL Board members also did not follow the GLYFL rules. The team is being punished, but the board members are not being held accountable for their mistake in this situation. Its time to make this fair and equal to ALL the programs under GLYFL. We propose that the board be solely made up of the President from each football program. They all have equal rights. They all make decisions together. They all control the seasons schedule. We also ask for some changes be made to the GLYFL rules to be further discussed by the new board. One rule is to change the draft process so that we no longer can have any chance to have stacked teams. This league is for the kids, and it hasn't been about the kids for awhile now and that needs to change!!!
