Help me convince my parents!

I made the mistake of sharing test answers in SEMINARY, and in doing so my parents want to transfer me back to westlake OR home school me.
They also aren't letting me go to sweethearts

They're giving me 1 phone call a day

I need the help to convince them what i did shouldn't have over dramatic consequences such as the ones listed above.
