Keep the ban on hunting hibernating bears

Bears hibernate, it's and instinct.
If we kill them while there sleeping it's unfair; unjust.
Hunting is unfair, that's my opinion, but especially when they're at their weakest point. This needs to stop.
I'm only 11 but I can make a difference.
