preparing policy on protecting all water life
1. no fishing is unlawful to take out of the one ocean, sea rivers Living beings.  (exception you can fish you own grown fish. )
- no touching fish until they aprouch first to greet/welcome you.
- we can swim in the water with them and not touching until they allowed.
after all humans will stop bothering water life forms - we will reach high collective frequencies coherence and be able to shift into higher planet vibration. we are one water
