Legalize marijuana for medical and recreational use before the Trump administration

current marijuana laws are not based on science or medical information.
The current status quo is disproportionately disruptive to black and latino offenders.
And the next administration will not be willing to make any progress on this fundamental right to a natural and effective medicine.
Please before you leave allow us one small victory, Not to mention it will give the trump admin another issue to try and tackle for its right wing base.
