Please help keep Millgrove Elementary School Open!

The Future is in Millgrove!  We will not sit by and watch the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board close a productive rural school that has been the heart of a viable active community for the past 100 years. The school consistently achieves high EQAO scores highlighted by last year's top scores in all of Hamilton. Furthermore, Millgrove's central location best serves our sizable region.

We the Millgrove School community, are deeply concerned about how the extensive bus ride to a distant school will negatively impact our children. We also stand to lose our seamless year-round daycare option and an ecosystem that nurtures exemplary student performance.

Keeping with the Board's strategic direction for all students to achieve their full potential, we insist that the trustees support our recommendation to keep Millgrove open. We are steadfastly opposed to any other option.
