Overworked and Underpaid

We need more incentives for our nursing staff to stay in the Tanner Health System, we have lost our preceptor pay and many new employees are needing nurse orientation, our charge nurses do not receive pay like other hospitals, we work 12 hour shifts, weekends, and holidays! We are the best at what we do and make a difference in each and every one of our patient's lives! :)
