Stop law enforcement from having a say over the majority in Kansas

PinWell first Kansas senate denied the majority vote on small gas motorized vehicles no bigger 50cc without a license because the head of Kansas' hiway patrol threw a fit and es to have anyone operating said type of low speed vehicle arrested wich in my opinion is a for of communis two we were going to get have medical marijuana and yet again because law enforcement complained so our senate o decided to just leave it on the table enough of allowing Kansas law enforcement to play sherif oh Nottingham!!!!!
