my brother william c woodard was arrested due to mail fraud and severd his time at illinois department of correctional and now idoc of correction is going back 12 years ago on a charge that he that he has already paid his due and now he on a leg montor with a very bad medical condtion that he doctors said if he doesnt get the proper help he could die i no when comment a crime you have to pay the cost but my brother did paid and now he is very sick please give another him a chance to get his medical help ,and a chance to prove to this system hes a change man. luke 17:3:4 please approve him off the leg monitor
