Proposed Westmount Bylaw Limiting Dogs to 3 Per Person

We are professional pet care providers and local business owners who are passionate about dogs, taking pride in both the quality of our service and our reputations within the community. We do not find managing more than three well-behaved dogs to be a problem and rely on this business model in order to keep our companies viable.
