Pedal Cyclists in Uk to have number plates mandatory

Cyclists use the road the same as every other vehicle on the road. They go through red lights, undertake while a vehicle is indicating to move over and many other illegal maneuvers not to mention using a mobile phone whilst in control of a vehicle. This petition I have decided to do as I am a bus driver and yet I am always 100% alert of my surroundings but when ive got cyclists undertaking and overtaking at the same time it makes driving impossible with swarms of cyclists around whom are the biggest hazard on the road. I think cyclists should have some sort of personal number plate they have to wear so just like them reporting people for bad driving and recording it on a video camera we can also report their bad riding and the police or who ever is dealing with the situation know where they live.
