Protect LGBT youth in schools by adding adding protection under Georgia's Legislation

LGBT students deserve to feel safe in schools. Georgia's legislation doesn't protect expression of sexuality and gender for students. This means any bullying instances can be sanctified. LGBT youth already face high mental disorder rates, lets make them feel accepted!
