Demand a qualified Individual to distribute Medicinal products in schools!

In Ohio legislation passed a bill that minors and adult patients are allowed to use and purchase medicinal marijuana products if they have any of qualifying conditions under the Ohio code 3796:1. Unfortunately when a minor does have one of these qualitying conditions they are not recognized as “medications” in schools. I would like for schools to get a trained professional in schools or teach their current staff on how to distribute medical marijuana to these individuals. These children that are using it have a “recommendation” which is the exact same as a prescription from a licensed doctor. It would have to be locked up just like any other medication and only require a 30 day supply in school and in the container that is given by Ohio dispensaries. Children that are on it most likely will use an oil or the new gel caps that were just approved by the FDA. Please sign the petition so we can get these kids in schools!
