Lubbock power and lights price cuts

Lubbock power and lights has been charging to much for energy im the apartments i live in. I haven't paid less than 350.00 a month since the first bill i received here and it's really hard to manage. Though the amount of electricity used per month lowers prices spike every month. This is not right and we need more choices for electrical services. There should be more than 1 option.
