Stop UC Parking Office from Stealing our Money

Parking office already charge exorbitant amount on parking permits ($85/month). Still they penalize us ($65) for forgetting to show our parking permit. Employees (human beings) are only allowed to make ONE MISTAKE per year. If you decide to escalate the problem and request for an administrative hearing, they are only open from 10am to 2pm, which means employees would have to take a day off to attend. Fines should be waived completely, and not just reduced, once employees show proof of parking permit.
