Stop the killing of innocent people. D.U.I is a criminal offense!
Let's make those who recieve a DUI  pay for their crime by losing their cars. And anyone that loans their car to anyone with a DUI, and they get stopped, will lose their car. In the long run, people will stop loaning out their cars to DUI offenders, getting the DUI  drivers off the road.
