Don't let Children go hungry

All children need free lunches at schools. This lunch maybe the only meal they have that day. If they can't pay, they don't eat. This must stop. There is enough money in city budgets to build big sports areas, race car tracks, etc, etc. STOP LETTING CHILDREN GO HUNGRY. FREE LUNCHES FOR ALL CHILDREN AT SCHOOL.
