LOWER THE PRICE OF PUPPIES BEING SOLD IN STORES!

I was at Petland in Illinois and I saw the cutest little Yorkshire Terrier for sale. This dog stole my heart and I was able to pet her for quite sometime. When I was finished I was so certain I wanted to buy her. I then asked the store employee how much she was and she told me $3,250!!!!! THATS TOO MUCH!!!! Any animal is meant too be loving and caring in some type of way. Please help me get 10,000 signatures to help my cause against this outrageous pricing of animals. THANK YOU!
