Enterprise Rent A Car does not uniformly follow their automobile rental policies and procedures.

While some auto renters are given partial refunds upon returning their Enterprise vehicles rented, other auto renters are not given any refunds under the same exact conditions.

Enterprise must uniformly follow their own policies and procedures with everyone.
