Dear Sebastopol Community Cultural Center Supporters,
The Community Center suffered extensive damage in the February Flood - bathrooms, commercial kitchen, reception and classes rooms have been gutted. Thanks to the hard work of our elected representatives, Mayor Neysa Hinton and State Assembly Member Marc Levine, have secured $1.5 Million in funding to the City of Sebastopol to provide flood relief. City Council will be voting on the allocation of this funding on Tuesday, October 15th. This petition is a show of support from our community asking our City Council to vote for repairs and upgrades to the center:
- Flood Mitigation - Keep the water OUT!
- Commercial Kitchen and Café.
- Public Bathrooms with Showers.
- Beautiful, functional Outdoor Seating.
- Performance Stage. Quality Sound.
These repairs and improvements have been put off long enough, this is a tremendous opportunity to upgrade the Sebastopol Community Cultural Center to the functionality our community needs and deserves.
