Blizzard must make diablo 3 offline playable

This game is not offline playable, yet when this game went live many people (including me) weren't able to play the game. Exception 37 or another exception of an overpopulated server was the cause.
To the point: NO company has the right to have so much power that the consumer can't play his product without the internet. Certainly if you notice what annoyances it brings for the consumer...

So we ask Blizzard to make Diablo 3 offline available or make it atleast more consumer friendly.
