Give Anthony Wilson a postumous Knighthood

Tony Wilson was and still is a legend of the real capital of the UK that is Manchester. Let's recognise his contribution to not just the north of England music and night life scene or indeed the rest of the UK but also the rest of the world that followed what he helped to create.
