Paypal account limitations STOP THEM! doing this without a reason

Please help to stop paypal damaging buisnesses and the average paypal user to stop getting their accounts limited for no reason!... This is happening more and more often everyday to people using there pay others system! Quoting it's the easiest fastest way to send and recieve money. Well in my eyes that's  a complete lie from the onset .... Buisnesses have had to shut down and people lose their money for 180 days for no reason ... This has been an issue on BBC watchdogs and I don't believe enough people are fighting against peoples behaviour abd allowing them to get away with treating people like this.. Please sign to prove to them their behaviour is unlawful .. Thank you
