Reroute the Western Greyhound bus WK11 APZ

We are hoping to stop the bus that collided with Peter Ringrose (my dad) causing his death, travelling through Bugle and Roche, the bus stop is beside my mums house and the whole family are finding very distressing to see the bus that was involved in the collison going along the same route! We are hoping to have the bus (usually the 529) rerouted to liskeard or bude etc routes.
We have phoned them, then emailed like they asked, and they just chose to ignore us.

Been to see Jackie Bull, counseller for Bugle and Mother of Stephen Gilbert, she said they will both help to get this bus taken off this route even if it means we all have to do a spread in the guardian and show this company up for what its doing, hopefully it'll be moved before the anniversary of his death 3rd of March.
