This dog has been outside in all sorts of weather conditions, there is no food or water, he is visibly malnourished. Authorities have been contacted often , yet dog is still returned to the house even after running away.

Thank you to everyone who signed to show their concern.
Efforts have been made, and continue to be made.... thanks to many people, over time, as well as the police department.
We will submit this petition to the proper authorities as it shows overwhelming concern.
Kindly refrain from any contact with the owner, both in person or on line.... no one needs to experience any legal ramifications.

Police have assigned someone to check on the dog one time per week. That is not enough, but we are making a noise that they’re finally responding to!
