Parrots are so smart and live so long , they need rights because of these facts.

I have a 35 year old plus amazon parrot who continues to grow and learn. These fine earth partners need rights more than most animals, because of high cerebral cognition and longevity. If you have never lived with one of these super animals for decades, you do not know. They need some limited rights in the way of succession from owner to owner, certainly in matters of deceased caregivers. They punish themselves when their unhappy. Please help.
