teach your kids to be nice to disabled peers not to bully them

As the mom of 6 kids...3 of whom are autistic I cna testify alas so many teens pick on, bully or 'just' shun disabled kids at school and evne into adulthood. We need to teach our kids to not just 'not bully' special needs kids at their schools but to actively be nice to them befriend them, take up for them when others pick on them. We need to teach our kids to be nice to the special ed classroom kids in middle and high school, and then to be nice to them as they all grow into adults.
