Reinstate Manitoba Dog Breeders License

This Petition is to demonstrate that we, the people strongly believe there should be tougher laws in place for breeders. Including the need to apply for a license. Reinstate Manitoba Dog Breeders Licensing. Dr. Lee has has stated '' his office is too busy with animal welfare cases to take on licencing right now. '' That is not acceptable!

Rescues work tirelessly to find homes for all the excess/and abandoned animals. Reputable breeders wont have any way to prove that they are licensed  and do care for their animals.
