Reading an advertisement in a local paper, I was horrified to read that lions, monkeys, goats, dogs & pigs were involved in the STARDUST CIRCUS that was performing over the Easter break at ANNA BAY OVAL. Knowing the misery involved in the training of the animals, I had to submit a petition to stop these practices & protect the animals.

I wish to submit a petition re the STARDUST CIRCUS using EXOTIC animals as performers.The misery involved in the training of EXOTIC animals is well known throughout the WORLD. Hoping this petition that has collected signatures from all over the world & here in Australia will empower your Council to attend to this matter & ensure the animals are sent to a sanctuary to enjoy life without the fear of threats or violence.

After speaking with a senior scientific officer from the RSPCA I decided to change the target to "NSW councils who allow circuses with exotic animals." The councils that have a policy AGAINST the use of exotic animals on council land are >
Blue Mountains City Council ,Lismore, C C ,Pittwater C, Byron Bay, Ku-ring-gai C C, City of Newcastle ,Lake Macquarie C C, Parramatta C C. Warringah C, Woollahra Municipal C.
