Vincent Ochoa needs to be removed from the bench ASAP. Despite his Legal Experience, he doesnt put it to use apparently. Without reviewing any of the documentation submitted, he fails to read it, or if it does he is confused at which party actually submitted it and which info is about who. Vincent Ochoa is more concerned about getting the case over with so he can get to lunch .. or complaining how he isnt feeling well and didnt read through the case. What sickens me is that he wants to tell a father that his own child is NOT his .. she is the JUDGES. Apparenly Vincent Ochoa feels a mother with a history of contempts, Domestic Violence, Irratic Behavior in front of the child and filming porn with the child in the house is ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been in contact with Elizabeth Thompson who has also been a victim in Vincent Ochoa's courtroom, her son ATTEMPTED suicide because he was forced to go back to his abusive father who he did NOT want to live with. Vincent Ochoa says one thing and does another then goes back on what he says. I wouldnt say he is bias .. im just saying he is a horrible decision maker when it comes to a child. This nonsense needs to stop with him and people need to have their cases heard and have a fair decision made.
