This is an issue the nation certainly feels strongly about. Studies show that the 18th and 19th days of the seventh month of the year are statistically the least productive working days of the year due to a number of issues that disrupt the working population's psyche. In light of these studies a two day bank holiday can and will boost national productivity and moral.
