Fight for caps now!!!

The issue of my subject is that Rio Rancho High School forbid anyone to decorate their hat cap at graduation. This is obviously outrageous because the seniors paid for their cap and have earned the right to decorate it especially graduating high school I'm here to petition the right to be able to decorate caps.
