Stop dog-cruelty couple setting up ever again

Please join me in urging the RSPCA to fight against any application from this monster to own any animal or to run any business involving animals. Her name is Fiona McCoy and almost 70 dogs have previously been seized from her business in Ballarat and are being held by the RSPCA. Fiona McCoy and her partner from Maryheather Kennels will face court on 29 August 2017 on 40 charges of cruelty lodged by the RSPCA. Now they have applied for a planning application to set up new kennels in Mia Mia, Victoria, Australia. They must never again be allowed to establish any kind of animal operation anywhere in Australia. People who say she and her partner deserve a second chance are forgetting the rights of the animals to a second chance to join a loving family. Breeders and kennel operators must be required to have a clean slate where animal cruelty is concerned. They must also be accredited and their numbers strictly limited. There are too many animals on death row needing loving homes. This ought to be a priority before any breeding program. Please sign this petition and write a letter of objection to the City of Greater Bendigo as well as our state and federal MPs. Cruelty must not prevail.
