Freshmen Should Not Be Able to Enroll at Thinc College and Career Academy

Ninth graders, home schooled students, and private school students are being allowed to enter Thinc College and Career Academy. Allowing all of these students to come would lead to a crowded facility, and would possibly lead to behavioral issues, thus disrupting the tranquil, august environment. Signing this petition would help in the aid to keep Thinc College and Career Academy open only to students in the Troup County School System, and only be available starting during the tenth grade.
