Demand on the end of emotional stress

We as the workers of Mendocino Farms have been happy working with everyone here but unfortunately, in the recent weeks we have been under emotional stress, we don't want to come to work at times due to this person. We demand something to be done, we have been trying to approach this situation as formally as we can, but we can no longer take this type of emotional harassment, so in conclusion, we ask for this person to be talked to or something has to happen, or we as the workers decide to leave .
